Technical excellence built into every module.
—
From the structure to the final finishes, every detail is engineered to last and simplify installation.
Wall Composition
—
The walls consist of 3 cm thick galvanized steel sandwich panels, featuring built-in, high-performance mineral wool insulation.
Structural reinforcements are integrated at strategic points to guarantee optimal mechanical resistance, perfect support for highly stressed equipment, and acoustic insulation achieved through component decoupling.
Materials are carefully selected for their fire protection rating, antibacterial properties, and eco-friendly, recyclable nature.
Wall Finishes
—
The interior walls of the module offer exceptional freedom of customization, with a choice of diverse coverings: ceramic tiling or composite panels, available in solid colors or digitally printed with the visual of your choice. The design possibilities are virtually limitless.
As an option, the panels can be equipped with a high-performance magnetic system, allowing wall decors to be replaced or renewed easily and in minimal time.
Metric Fastening System
—
All suspended and wall-mounted fixtures inside the module are secured using metric fasteners, such as bolts or threaded rods.
Reinforcement plates are fixed to the back of the walls to ensure a mechanical load capacity capable of supporting weights up to 350 kg.
Floor Composition
—
The exact composition of the floor varies slightly depending on the type of installation and the available floor clearance height (structural works).
However, the structure systematically consists of a load-bearing steel frame, high-density EPS insulation, waterproofing, and a final floor covering.
Floor Coverings
—
Two types of floor coverings to choose from:
Ceramic tiling or vinyl.
The tiling is restricted to the flat surface of the floor.
The vinyl is installed with a peripheral corner profile, allowing it to curve up the walls (coving). The wall covering is then installed with a gap above floor level, ensuring an overlap of the two materials.
Waterproofing
—
A waterproofing membrane is systematically applied across the entire floor surface, extending approximately 10 cm up the perimeter of the walls.
Inside the shower area, the walls are also coated with this membrane to guarantee perfect watertightness in wet zones, in full compliance with the ETAG 022 standard.
Technical Installation
—
The module is delivered fully pre-equipped with sanitary, electrical, and HVAC installations. All sanitary piping features thermal insulation.
Halogen-free electrical wiring is routed through rigid smooth conduit (IRL type) and secured with appropriate clamps.
On-site, the module simply needs to be connected to the building's utility networks to make the bathroom ready for immediate use.
